OUR BEGINNING - OUR FUTURE

Beginning with a small group of believers, $150, and a 32x50-foot structure on Hickory Street, the story of Trinity began.

Trinity Baptist Church was established on November 9, 1930. In the following years Trinity experienced rapid and sustained growth under the leadership of many great pastors and committed members. Many thousands here in our community have received Christ and seen their lives changed through the ministries of Trinity. Many around the world have been reached through our mission endeavors. In the last twenty years alone, three million dollars have been invested in world mission projects.

From the humble beginning on Hickory Street to our present multimillion-dollar campus, our purpose remains the same. Trinity is more than a complex of buildings and programs. It is people -- loving, caring people with unique abilities and unique problems growing personally and spiritually seeking to glorify God in all we do.

Our vision is not just to build a church, but to build people. With a great history and foundation of traditional values and biblical truth that does not change, we reach out to an ever-changing world with exciting ministries and innovative methods to meet the needs of people -- people like you!

So at Trinity we celebrate. We celebrate what God has done, what He is doing, and what He will do in and through us. The future is bright at Trinity!
