Adult Bible Fellowships (ABF’s)

In our world of overcrowded schedules and superficial relationships, ABFs can provide the heartwarming, nurturing care we all long to find in the body of Christ. ABFs are designed for adults in every stage of life. People who are facing similar life experiences come together to discover friendship, encouragement, and God’s purpose for their life through comprehensive Bible study. Fellowship  becomes a catalyst for creating belonging as each member grows as a part of an ABF community.

ABF Values

Adult. Our ABFs value adults and maintain a focus on the particular needs and learning style of adults. We recognize the unique ways in which they learn, and seek to communicate God’s truth in a way that is consistent with their learning styles. 

Bible.  Our ABFs value the Bible as their authority for teaching. They offer a place where adults can receive thorough and in-depth training in living a biblically informed life. 

Fellowship.  Our ABFs value fellowship because relationships are central to our life

in Christ. An environment where adults can share with their peers the experiences of life leads to valuable friendships being formed for encouragement, accountability, and acceptance.

Our Classes 

At Trinity Baptist Church we have people from a variety of backgrounds and life stages. So we offer a variety of ABF classes to choose from that meet at 9:45am on Sundays. Every class seeks to provide Christian fellowship and the study of God’s Word.

 Ascent - This class is for college students and young adults. They meet at the Corner Coffee House to fellowship and grow through Bible study and worship designed to meet the needs of young adults at a crucial time in their spiritual journey.

One In Christ - Is an opportunity for singles to find answers from God’s Word that provide direction for life.

Ladies - Ladies of all ages and backgrounds meet for fellowship, encouragement, and Bible study. The Ladies ABF meets in the Education Center.

Companion Class - A class designed for couples primarily in their twenties. Whether newly weds or those married for a few years this class encourages couples to grow together in their marriages and in their relationship with Christ.

Life Builders 1 - Life Builders 1 is designed for men and women in their thirties who are seeking to find a balance in their life for their children, their spouse, their work, their church, and God. Lessons from God’s Word are used to provide a proper balance for life.

Life Builders 2 - This is a gathering of people primarily in their forties. Raising teens, sending kids off to college, dealing with career pressures and financial security are just some of the challenges we face. Together they seek God’s purpose and direction in managing our life.

Prime Time 1 - This class is predominantly men and women in their fifties. They are mainly empty nesters who enjoy being able to spend time with people who are in a similar stage of life. They enjoy  fellowship and searching deep into God’s Word.

Prime Time 2 - Men and women over sixty in this class are able to continue their spiritual journey through a community of caring believers. They find support to face life’s challenges and encourage one another through meaningful Bible study.
